• The exact fee for a particular cosmetic procedure will be determined after a preliminary assessment distinguishing your unique personal needs and the type of work needed.
• In-office is required to assess your suitability for a particular procedure and/or to confirm prior over the phone preliminary initial enquiry and assessment. Before we can make a dental recommendation about your suitability for the cosmetic dental treatment you have sought, we may request pictures, an OPG xray, a previous treatment record, a treatment plan, or a quote from another clinic or healthcare practitioner.
• We do reserve the right to stop, modify or to cancel any offer at any time without giving prior notice.

OUR TREATMENT PROCESS

Following a brief initial enquiry and discussion by phone or Zoom, you will receive an in-office consultation, examination, and comprehensive discussion of the treatment that you seek. By this time, we will have assessed your suitability for the proposed procedure. Details of the treatment, including other treatment options and fees, as well as your suitability, will be discussed during this in-office visit, and if it is determined that you are not suitable for the requested procedure, we will provide you with a different treatment option, including treatment plan and associated costs. We may recommend, if necessary, a referral to a dental specialist provider before beginning any treatments with us.

If you decide to proceed with the treatment following this initial appointment, we will provide you with a formal quotation that includes treatment information, details about our Practice terms and conditions, payment arrangements, and a consent form.

Before we can book you in for your treatment, you will also be required to sign any relevant Consent Forms. Please be aware that your treatment advice and quote may change at this time. The total cost of any cosmetic dentistry treatment will be confirmed before the appointment should you wish to proceed with a formal written quote.

TAKE NOTE: The costs for Veneer and Crown packages provided on our website and other marketing channels are only estimates. Dental package prices do not include the cost of any additional dental treatments that you may require prior to your dental package treatment. All general dentistry must be completed before your  treatment begin.

Before we can finalise your treatment booking, the full treatment fee payment is required in advance.
