to us, we will reward you with $50 worth of Credit Points that you can use for
any dental services. You can use it for any service you like - Whitening,
Cleaning, Veneers, anything! The accumulated credit can be transferred to a
family or friend and has no expiry of use All you have to do is print out the
Referral rewards form below, write you name and contact details and hand that
out to your family and friends and once we receive that we can give you credit
points. Alternatively, you can call our office and we will post you the referral
rewards form or just tell them to simply mention your name to us.
For patient who have not been to our office, just email us your details and we
will keep your accumulated credits ready for your next visit.
